Notice of Proposed Bylaw Amendment to the Ways and Means Fund

The Ways and Means Committee will be issuing a notice of a proposed bylaw amendment to Appendix C at Wednesday’s General Membership Meeting, which can be voted on at the September General Membership Meeting (to be scheduled soon). This bylaw amendment seeks to formally enshrine the ongoing pilot project‘s division of the Ways and Means Fund into two sub-funds: an Emergencies Fund and a Hardship Fund.
