At the May 2026 General Membership Meeting, members voted to pass two amendments to bylaws relating to committees.
The first bylaw amendment, relating to the Bursaries Committee, removes an anomalous requirement that memers who serve on the committee cannot apply to the relevant bursaries.
The second bylaw amendment, relating to committee reports, shifts the committee reports frequency from monthly to once every two months (with the exception of summer) in order to be less onerous.
