Conversion and LSTA Appointments

The results of the Conversion and Long Service Teaching Appointment (LSTA) exercise for the 2024-2025 collective agreement year are now available!

CUPE 3903 would like to congratulate all members who have received a Conversion or LSTA. These programs, which allow some measure or stability or advancement for long serving contract faculty, are a small but notable bargaining win in the ongoing fight for job security at York University.
