Bargaining Team Report – May 26, 2026

The agenda of our last Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team (BT) meeting was filled to the brim, and we got it almost everything done, but not quite. We started the meeting with a discussion of the previous GMM (where a lot got done, as well).

Work has started on the information requests, and we discussed and finished quite a few all units proposals, some important Unit 1 proposals, and many monetary proposals are taking shape. All current BT members, many Executive Committee members, and our CUPE 3903 Staff were present.

We will discuss the next slate of our BT work at the Special General Membership Meeting on June 10, mark the date! This upcoming Monday the BT meeting will be entirely online (10AM – 12PM), to allow for other activities in the union space. Please come and join us! Any questions and comments can be send to the BT at bargaining@cupe3903.org.
