Bargaining Team Report – March 24, 2026

The Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team (BT) held their weekly meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, with all current BT members, some members of the Executive Committee, CUPE 3903 staff, and rank-and-file members in attendance.

At that meeting, a great deal of the discussion focused on a draft of staff proposals, which covered many common issues that members encounter and tightening up the Collective Agreement language to better protect members. We’ll be continuing to discuss these in the coming weeks as our proposals solidify and take shape.

Also of note, there is a Bargaining Townhall for Contract Faculty on Wednesday, April 8 from 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM, which is a great chance to have some Unit 2 focused dialogue about bargaining issues.

Any questions or comments for the BT can be sent to bargaining@cupe3903.org
