Bargaining Team Report – April 14, 2026

What did your Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team (BT) talk about this week’s meeting?

Topics high on our list were discussions of the feedback received during our Unit 2 Townhall, our bargaining priorities, how to sort out objectives for bargaining, and, last but not least, some tough discussions on proposals which are almost — but not quite yet — ready to be presented to membership. If you are interested to hear more about the proposals, please come out and join us for our next meeting (hybrid meeting format).

No time to join? All questions and comments can be send to the BT at bargaining@cupe3903.org. All current BT members, some Executive Committee members, CUPE 3903 Staff, and some rank-and-file members were in attendance.

Keep an eye on the CUPE 3903 newsletter or CUPE 3903 calendar for more information on all-unit issues and upcoming meeting dates for April and May. BT meetings in April take place on Tuesdays, from 10AM to noon.
