3903 Members: See the Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Proposals Package!

On July 13, 2026, the CUPE 3903 Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team (BT) submitted proposal packages for each unit to the employer!

These packages contain every proposal approved by the membership at prior (Special) General Membership Meetings. Together, they constitute nearly complete packages for all three collective agreements, excepting a few additional proposals intended for membership review at the upcoming July 27 General Membership Meeting.

Each of the three packages are included below for the membership to download and review. In addition to viewing all proposals at once, members can also access separate documents.

These documents contain, respectively, a handful of proposed revisions to the collective agreements accounting for typographical errors and other smaller adjustments, as well as a table listing and abstracting every individual proposal either included in the BT’s opening package or intended for member review later in July. The table also includes links to each individual proposal, if members wish to review it in isolation from the larger packages and learn more about the reasoning behind the proposals.

The documents linked above constitute the BT’s position as of July 13, 2026. We will continue to provide updates as bargaining progresses, so make sure to check the website and newsletter. For questions, comments, and troubleshooting please contact the BT at bargaining@cupe3903.org.
