Per the Bylaws, members may serve on a maximum of four (4) committees per year, with the exception of the JHSC.
Members in good standing may nominate themselves using this form and are invited to include a statement in support of their nomination(s). Statements received by April 22 at 5:00 PM, Toronto Time (EST) will be included in the April General Membership Meeting (GMM) package. Nominations can still be submitted after this deadline but will likely not be included in the GMM package.
Members can also nominate themselves during the GMM, and candidates for any contested positions will be given a chance to make a one-minute statement supporting their candidacy.
Voting for any contested positions will start during the April GMM and end when the meeting ends. Only members who have registered for the meeting will receive an election/by-elections ballot. Nominees for uncontested positions will be acclaimed.
