2026 Bargaining Info!

PhD Completion Fund — Deadline Extended to June 7, 2026

Due to application related technical issues, the Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) has agreed to extend the deadline to apply for the PhD Completion Fund to June 7, 2026. Eligible members are strongly encouraged to apply in advance of this extended deadline.

Please note that members will need to fill out the Student Financial Profile (needs assessment) in the Financial Aid Awards Scholarship (FAAS) system, in addition to applying for the fund.

If you experience any technical issues, please take a screenshot of the error message and contact Nadia Kanani, Staff Representative Equity, at equity@cupe3903.org and Maija Duncan, Staff Representative / Mobilization Coordinator, at mobilization@cupe3903.org as soon as possible.
