Nominations Open: Unit 5 Joint Health and Safety Committee Representative

Nominations were opened today for the election of a representative for the Unit 5 Joint Health and Safety Committee (1 position). Unit 5 members in good standing may nominate themselves.

The terms of office for this position run from April 2026 to March 2027. Information regarding the JHSC can be found in the Unit 5 Collective Agreement

If this position is contested, voting will take place at the April General Membership Meeting.
 If there is only one nominee, that member will be acclaimed at the end of the nomination period (Friday, April 3, 4:00 p.m.).
