Seeking Feedback: Proposed Bylaw Amendments

We’re looking for your feedback! The Ad Hoc Bylaws Committee is working on some potential bylaw amendments to give notice of at the September 18th GMM. These include:

  • Updating and modernizing Article 14: Elections to reflect current electronic voting practices
  • Some tweaks to committee-related bylaws, including:
  • Expanding the scope of the Communications Officer role to support Units 3, 4, and 5 plus enabling the Communications Officer to act as their designated representative if needed for the purposes of quorum.

If you have feedback or suggestions about any of these potential bylaw amendments, we’d love to hear about it!

For elections-related bylaws feedback, contact Anson at treasurer@cupe3903.org, and for feedback about committee or quorum bylaws, contact Joseph and Mackenzie at vpu2@cupe3903.org and communications@cupe3903.org.
