Unit 4 Memorandum of Settlement Signed November 26th, 2024

On Tuesday, November 26, the CUPE 3903 Executive tentatively approved a Memorandum of Settlement for Unit 4 proposed by the Employer. The Bargaining Team for Unit 4, with support from the Executive Committee, recommends this deal for ratification. This deal will now go to the Unit 4 membership for ratification from Wednesday, November 27 at 3pm to Monday, December 2 at 3pm. You can look through the complete tentative agreement document here.

The three-year proposed collective agreement for the period September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2027 includes an increase of 3.1% on September 1 2024; 2.85% on September 1, 2025 and 2.85% on September 1, 2026. The revised contract also provides for moderation period pay increases of 1% effective September 1, 2021, 2% effective September 1, 2022 and 3% effective September 1, 2023.
