Bargaining Team Report – March 17, 2026

The Bargaining Team (BT) held their weekly meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, with all current BT members, union executive, CUPE 3903 staff, and rank-and-file members in attendance.

With the bargaining survey now complete, your BT is hard at work analyzing key member issues in consultation with CUPE 3903 staff, drafting bargaining proposals, and planning focused townhalls to connect with the membership and gain important feedback on draft proposals. Keep an eye on the CUPE 3903 newsletter or CUPE 3903 calendar for more information on all-unit and unit-specific townhalls for April and May.

As always, the BT invites members to attend any (or all!) of our upcoming hybrid BT meetings. BT meetings take place on Tuesdays, and your next chance is on March 24 from 10AM – 11:30AM in the CUPE 3903 Office (143 Atkinson) or online on Zoom. Grab a coffee or tea and come chat with your BT!

There is also a joint BT/Executive Committee meeting on Friday, March 27, 11AM – 12:30PM. All members are welcome.

Questions and comments can be sent to the BT at bargaining@cupe3903.org
