Bargaining Team Report – April 7, 2026

The Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team (BT) held their weekly meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, with all current BT members, as some of the newly elected Executive Committee, CUPE 3903 staff, and rank-and-file members in attendance.

The BT discussed a number of information requests that will be sent to the employer, examining current bargaining parameters and priorities, housekeeping proposals relating to our current collective agreements, and more substantial strategies around comparative benefits in this upcoming round of bargaining.

The next BT meeting is on April 14, 10AM – 12PM. Stay up to date by checking the calendar and subscribing to the newsletter. Questions and comments can always be sent to the BT at bargaining@cupe3903.org
