CUPE 3903 Palestine Solidarity Working Group: Palestine Open Maps Mapathon
March 5 @ 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
From one of our rank-and-file working groups:
Join the CUPE 3903 Palestine Solidarity Working Group and Palestine Open Maps for a mapathon with geography PhD student Majd al-Shihabi, an interactive hands-on workshop where you will learn about open mapping tools and extracting data from Mandate-era maps of Palestine. No experience necessary, just bring along your fully charged laptop (and a mouse, if you have one).
