Fighting for a Fair Contract

Bargaining for Units 1, 2, & 3 can begin as soon as June 1st of this year!
The Bargaining Team is already hard at work on proposals, and you may be wondering: what can I do to make sure we all get good contracts? The reality is that every member can play an important role in strengthening our position at the bargaining table, in big and small ways!
On Wednesday, May 20 from 11AM – 3PM at McLaughlin College 101, any interested member is invited to an interactive training that will cover what bargaining is and how we can work together to win good contracts that solve the problems we face in our workplaces!
There will be a lunch break, with food provided that meets your dietary needs. Please indicate any dietary or accessibility needs when RSVPing, and we’ll do our best to accommodate those. Contact communications@cupe3903.org for any questions.
