Open Bargaining with the Employer

All CUPE 3903 members are encouraged to join the Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team in this meeting with the Employer. It’s scheduled from 1PM – 5PM on Friday, September 25.

This bargaining meeting is hybrid, online and in-person. A link for CUPE 3903 members to attend is available here. The in-person space for this bargaining session is 303 Founders College. If you attend in-person, a member of the Bargaining Team can let you in.

CUPE 3903 practices open bargaining. That means that as a member, you’re empowered to attend bargaining sessions, shape the process, and access transparent info about all the bargaining issues that impact you.

If you’re a brand new CUPE 3903 member and/or attending bargaining for the first time, please email bargaining@cupe3903.org to let us know you’ll be there! This will help us verify your membership and keep our spaces secure, especially while we’re waiting on updated membership lists.
