Open Bargaining with the Employer

All CUPE 3903 members are encouraged to join the Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team for their first meeting with the Employer! Let’s make a strong impression to start off bargaining in 2026.
It’s happening from 10AM – 12PM on Monday, July 6. This bargaining meeting is hybrid, online and in-person. A link for CUPE 3903 members to attend is available here. Please make sure that your Zoom name reflects the way it appears on our membership list. (Please email communications@cupe3903.org with proof of membership and your Zoom name if you are unable to change your Zoom name or prefer not to.)
The in-person space for this bargaining session will be LSB 101 (in the Life Sciences Building).
CUPE 3903 practices open bargaining. That means that as a member, you’re empowered to attend bargaining sessions, shape the process, and access transparent info about all the bargaining issues that impact you.
