Bargaining with the Employer

All CUPE 3903 members are encouraged to join the Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team for their first meeting with the Employer! Let’s make a strong impression to start off bargaining in 2026.
It’s happening from 10AM – 12PM on Monday, July 6. This bargaining meeting is intended to be hybrid, online and in-person (pending employer confirmation). A specific York University location for the meeting is forthcoming.
CUPE 3903 practices open bargaining. That means that as a member, you’re empowered to attend bargaining sessions, shape the process, and access transparent info about all the bargaining issues that impact you.
