Open Bargaining with the Employer

All CUPE 3903 members are encouraged to join the Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team in this meeting with the Employer. It’s scheduled from 1 – 4PM on Wednesday, July 29. (Please note that the employer may join slightly after 1PM.) The meeting agenda is available at this link.

This bargaining meeting is hybrid, online and in-person. A link for CUPE 3903 members to attend is available here. To help keep our spaces secure and facilitate you joining the session, please try to have your Zoom name reflect your name as it would appear on the membership list (or be willing to email communications@cupe3903.org and indicate your Zoom name to gain entry if needed).

The in-person space for this bargaining session will be 280A (in York Lanes). If you attend in-person, a member of the Bargaining Team can let you in.

CUPE 3903 practices open bargaining. That means that as a member, you’re empowered to attend bargaining sessions, shape the process, and access transparent info about all the bargaining issues that impact you.
