Open Bargaining with the Employer

All CUPE 3903 members are encouraged to join the Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team in this meeting with the Employer. It’s scheduled from 10AM – 5PM on Tuesday, September 1.
This bargaining meeting is hybrid, online and in-person. A link for CUPE 3903 members to attend is available here. The in-person space for this bargaining session will be 280N (in York Lanes). If you attend in-person, a member of the Bargaining Team can let you in.
CUPE 3903 practices open bargaining. That means that as a member, you’re empowered to attend bargaining sessions, shape the process, and access transparent info about all the bargaining issues that impact you.
