Join us for a workshop on the Unit 2 Collective Agreement! Attend this hybrid workshop to find out more about common problems that arise with its administration. This workshop will be held in the CUPE 3903 office at 143 Atkinson Building and also online via Zoom!
In this workshop, we will discuss:
- Positions & rates of pay
- Workload
- Class sizes
- Seniority
- Incumbency
- The hiring process
We will be working with pp. 3-11 of the unit 2 handbook (linked). Bring your questions and concerns! Open to all members. A later workshop will cover funds, benefits, leaves, and retirement options.
