Unit 5: Collective Agreement Ratified!

Exciting news: the newest unit of CUPE 3903 has ratified their first ever Collective Agreement!

Unit 5—representing workers at the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness—voted yes last week to ratify their very first Collective Agreement (CA).

Following a ratification meeting, 11/17 eligible Unit 5 voters voted 100% yes to ratifying their new CA. We’ll be sharing more details about the provisions and protections in this CA soon, so please stay tuned. You can click here to see the voting results.
