Run for a Committee! Elections at the AGM on March 24

As we approach our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 24, 1-4PM (register now!), we invite all members to nominate themselves for committee positions.

Committees play a vital role in CUPE 3903, whether through adjudicating funds, organizing, or directly supporting members. This is a great opportunity to get involved, strengthen our union, and help shape our collective priorities.

Nominations begin today, and elections will be held during the AGM. If you are interested in running or learning more about committee roles, we encourage you to review our website, which outlines all committee positions and their responsibilities.

To view available positions and submit a nomination, please complete this form (linked here).

Questions? Contact Collin Xia, Vice-President Unit 1, at cupe3903vpu1@gmail.com and Joseph Tohill, Vice-President Unit 2, at cupe3903vpu2@gmail.com.
