Each application for membership in the local union will be directed to the Secretary-Treasurer and will be accompanied by an initiation fee of one ($1.00) dollar. The Secretary-Treasurer shall issue a receipt. If the application is rejected, the fee shall be returned.

e. The re-admittance fee shall be one ($1.00) dollar.
