Contract Faculty: Bargaining Townhall

This summer, CUPE 3903 will enter negotiations with York to find solutions for our workplace challenges! As a union, we are committed to organizing democratic consultation with members at every stage of the bargaining process.
In that spirit, Unit 2 members are invited to a Townhall on Bargaining for Contract Faculty. We also warmly welcome members from other units who wish to support and learn about the issues facing contract faculty.

At this Townhall, we will:
- Update everyone on our preparations for bargaining;
- Ask for your feedback on the first wave of bargaining proposals that are being discussed at the Bargaining Team meetings;
- Invite your input on other possible bargaining proposals.
Although no official decisions take place at Townhalls, they are meaningful opportunities to connect with colleagues and think through our issues together. See you there!
