CUPE 3903’s Bylaws are the rules and procedures that determine how the union is run. All bylaws were approved by the membership, and any member in good standing can bring a proposal to amend the bylaws.

Amending Bylaws
Amending bylaws requires giving notice of the proposed change at a previous meeting, then there will be a discussion and vote. Bylaw amendments required a 2/3 majority to pass. The amended bylaws are then sent to CUPE National for approval. This step is to ensure that the bylaws are consistent with the CUPE National Constitution.
