DESCRIPTION:We are hosting a hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 24th from 1pm – 4pm! All members are encouraged to attend. \nTo register for the meeting\, click this link. Please register in advance! Make sure to register at the link even if you’re attending in-person so that we can better estimate numbers and you can receive voting ballots via email. \nThe in-person location will be Curtis Lecture Hall J (CLH J). Please make sure to read the minutes sent along with your registration in advance. The agenda is available at this link. \nIn order to register\, you will need to provide your employee number\, which will be kept confidential. Your employee number is on your monthly pay stub.
