DESCRIPTION:Did you know that members of CUPE 3903 are entitled to workplace accommodations for illness\, disability\, family status\, and other Ontario Human Rights Code grounds? The process can seem overwhelming\, but we are here to help! \n\n\n\nCUPE 3903 is holding a virtual information session about workplace accommodations on Tuesday\, July 28 from 3 – 4PM. Whether you are planning to request a new accommodation\, renew a previous accommodation\, or simply considering your options\, this session is for you to learn more about what is available. \n\n\n\nIn this information session we will discuss: \n\n\n\n\nThe workplace accommodations process\n\n\n\nDocumentation requirements for accommodation requests\n\n\n\nHow your union can support you through the process\n\n\n\nAny other questions you might have!\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nYou must register to attend this information session. DESCRIPTION:All CUPE 3903 members are encouraged to join the Units 1\, 2\, & 3 Bargaining Team in this meeting with the Employer. It’s scheduled from 1 – 4PM on Wednesday\, July 29. (Please note that the employer may join slightly after 1PM.) \n\n\n\nThis bargaining meeting is hybrid\, online and in-person. A link for CUPE 3903 members to attend is available here. To help keep our spaces secure and facilitate you joining the session\, please try to have your Zoom name reflect your name as it would appear on the membership list (or be willing to email to gain entry if needed). \n\n\n\nThe in-person space for this bargaining session will be 280A (in York Lanes). If you attend in-person\, a member of the Bargaining Team can let you in. \n\n\n\nCUPE 3903 practices open bargaining. That means that as a member\, you’re empowered to attend bargaining sessions\, shape the process\, and access transparent info about all the bargaining issues that impact you. \n\n\n\nFor CUPE 3903 members who observe bargaining with the employer\, please be advised that you can pass notes to the Bargaining Team as needed.
