DESCRIPTION:This Special General Membership Meeting (SGMM) will be where we open voting for Executive Committee and Bargaining Team by-elections. It’s happening on Wednesday\, September 2\, at 2PM\, and it will be shorter than a typical General Membership Meeting. The agenda will be available closer to the meeting date. \n\n\n\nMake sure to register for the SGMM in advance\, and don’t forget to vote! \n\n\n\nTo register\, you will need to provide your employee number\, which will be kept confidential. DESCRIPTION:Welcome back! At this meeting\, we’ll discuss priorities for disabled CUPE 3903 members and we’ll also conduct by-elections for Disability Caucus Co-Chairs. \n\n\n\nThis is a space exclusively for CUPE 3903 members who self-identify as disabled and/or with the experience of ableism\, sanism\, and/or audism. \n\n\n\nThis meeting will be hybrid\, with a Zoom link available soon. The in-person meeting will be taking place at the CUPE 3903 Office (143 Atkinson). \n\n\n\nMore information and an RSVP form coming soon! We plan to have refreshments available in-person\, so please let us know about your dietary needs if you will be joining us in the CUPE 3903 Office. \n\n\n\nIn-Person Accessibility Info: The CUPE 3903 Office is a wheelchair-accessible space\, with a single-user all-gender accessible washroom on the same floor. There are two wheelchair accessible entrances to Atkinson building\, depending on how you are approaching the building. For those coming from the subway or elsewhere on campus\, come in through the North doors\, which are accessible. For those arriving by car\, there is a ramp to the doors from the Sentinel/Pond parking lot.
