DESCRIPTION:From the rank-and-file led CUPE 3903 Palestine Solidarity Working Group: \n\n\n\nLearn about York University’s structure and governance\, and how we can use these to take back our university! As York administration undermines student autonomy\, and democratic or ‘collegial’ governance\, learning how these systems are set up gives us more ways to reimagine and remake our university together.  \n\n\n\nWe will workshop campaign ideas—bring your own if you want to work through it together! We’ll learn about internal York targets\, and brainstorming different tactics and tools for researching. Together\, we’ll think through where students have representation\, what the governance bodies are at York\, as well as potential allies across student organizations\, student unions\, and labor unions. \n\n\n\n🖤 Presented by: Angela Stigliano & Corey Orszak (CUPE 3903) \n\n\n\n😷 COVID mitigation: Masking is encouraged\, and available for free at the door.
