SUMMARY:Contract Faculty: Bargaining Townhall
DESCRIPTION:This summer\, CUPE 3903 will enter negotiations with York to find solutions for our workplace challenges! As a union\, we are committed to organizing democratic consultation with members at every stage of the bargaining process. \n\n\n\nIn that spirit\, Unit 2 members are invited to a Bargaining Townhall focused on Contract Faculty. We also warmly welcome members from other units who wish to support and learn about the issues facing contract faculty. \n\n\n\nWhen: Wednesday\, April 8\, 2:30 – 4:30PM \n\n\n\nZoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87054587563?pwd=vCjLUFJPGgjK7DYCXPT1ZUdNqdhcvo.1 \n\n\n\nAt this Townhall\, we will: \n\n\n\n\nUpdate everyone on our preparations for bargaining;\n\n\n\nAsk for your feedback on the first wave of bargaining proposals that are being discussed at the Bargaining Team meetings;\n\n\n\nInvite your input on other possible bargaining proposals.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAlthough no official decisions take place at Townhalls\, they are meaningful opportunities to connect with colleagues and think through our issues together.
