DESCRIPTION:Lucky number thirteen is the number of meetings your CUPE 3903 Units 1\, 2\, & 3 Bargaining Team (BT) has had with the employer so far in this round of bargaining\, and the BT has a lot to say about it! More importantly — the BT wants to know what YOU think. \n\n\n\nThe BT invites all members to join us on Thursday\, September 17\, 2026 from 10AM – 12PM for a special townhall on bargaining. It’ll be held in hybrid format\, online via Zoom and in-person at the CUPE 3903 Office (143 Atkinson Building). If you’re attending virtually\, you can use this Zoom link to join. \n\n\n\nAsk questions\, make suggestions\, and find out what’s really been happening (or not happening) at the bargaining table. A portion of the townhall will be dedicated to unit-specific discussions as well. \n\n\n\nMembers can find all of the weekly BT reports\, the full package of Union proposals approved by membership and presented at the table\, and a list of all current Employer proposals and counters by visiting cupe3903.org/bargaining/proposals \n\n\n\nGrab a coffee\, bring a CUPE colleague\, and come chat with your bargaining team on September 17! \n\n\n\nPlease note: If you’re a brand new CUPE 3903 member or have your first 3903 contract in over a year\, please email bargaining@cupe3903.org to let us know you’ll be there! This will help us verify your membership and keep our spaces secure\, especially while we’re waiting on updated membership lists.
