DESCRIPTION:Are you looking to connect with your union community in a way that goes beyond paperwork and policy? Join Ari and Ayesha for our very first CUPE 3903 Mentorship Session! \n\n\n\nWe want to move past the traditional\, transactional university routine and truly get to know our members. We will start with a brief\, welcoming overview of CUPE 3903 and then transition into a collaborative\, hands-on space featuring a collective bead-making activity and a world-making activity centred on sensory encounters with Mud. Through these tactile\, grounding materials\, we will explore the concept of relational accountability—the deeply held belief that we are fundamentally responsible to\, and shaped by\, our relationships with each other\, our community\, and the Land we inhabit. Before we organize together\, let’s slow down\, share space\, and build a foundation of care.
