SUMMARY:Open Bargaining with the Employer
DESCRIPTION:All CUPE 3903 members are encouraged to join the Units 1\, 2\, & 3 Bargaining Team in this meeting with the Employer. It’s scheduled from 10AM – 5PM on Wednesday\, July 22. The Bargaining Team will also meet together before the employer arrives at 9AM\, and members are welcome to join for that too. \n\n\n\nThis bargaining meeting is hybrid\, online and in-person. A link for CUPE 3903 members to attend is available here. The in-person space for this bargaining session will be 280N (in York Lanes). If you attend in-person\, a member of the Bargaining Team can let you in. \n\n\n\nCUPE 3903 practices open bargaining. That means that as a member\, you’re empowered to attend bargaining sessions\, shape the process\, and access transparent info about all the bargaining issues that impact you. \n\n\n\nFor CUPE 3903 members who observe bargaining with the employer\, please be advised that you can pass notes to the Bargaining Team as needed.
