There’s an accessible all-gender washroom on the first floor.)\n\nThis workshop is open to all CUPE 3903 members.\nNote that you do not need to have attended Part 1 to participate\, though people who were in attendance will be prioritized.\n\nClick here to register!\n\nWorkshop Description:  This workshop will build on themes and ideas introduced in the first session and help deepen participants’ skills around reciprocal relationship building\, boundary setting\, active listening and holding space for sensitive disclosures and hard conversations. Through a contextually situated discussion within the academic institution\, we will continue to navigate different scenarios and situations where conflict may be difficult to parse through\, and collectively explore what a mentorship program for CUPE rank & file and executive committee members can look like.

On this archiving day\, members are invited to find the Committee at our workstation in the Atkinson basement (tables set-up along the hallway by room 011). \nThere you can have a look at what we’re working on\, ask us questions about the archive and learn about the local’s records\, and (should you wish) join us in organizing\, arranging\, describing\, preserving\, and presenting fifty years of CUPE 3903 history! \nNo advance registration or archival experience required! Just show-up during the listed hours\, and stay as long as you wish! \nOur next archiving session will be July 29th\, 2025\, 11AM-4PM.
